- 1 pound (4 cups) elbow pasta
- 1 cup (4 ounces) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup (4 ounces) Gouda Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 3/4 cup chopped pimentos
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Brown Butter Buffalo Cauliflower Sloppy Joes

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Sloppy Joe:
- 1.5 pound head of cauliflower, florets broken off from the main stem
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (recipe follows)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 6 whole wheat buns
- Toppings of choice (gouda, butter lettuce…whatever you want!)
- Buffalo Sauce:
- 2/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
CHOCOLATE ROLL WITH MARSHMALLOW CREAM FILLING

- Powdered Sugar
- Filling:
- 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. marshmallow cream
- Chocolate Ganache Glaze:
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2/3 c milk chocolate chips
