Stuffed Baked *Drier's* hot dogs

Cut franks lengthwise almost to opposite side
- 1 lb. (5 or 6) *Drier's* hot dogs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 tbsp. *Sechler's* sweet pickle relish
- 3 slices (3 oz.) Longhorn cheese cut into strips
Egg And Bacon Casserole

Place butter in an 11- by 7- by 2-inch baking dish
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 4 cups seasoned croutons
- 2 cups shredded Longhorn Cheddar cheese - (8 oz)

- 8 eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 oz. *Drier's* bacon cooked, crumbled

- 3 c. uncooked medium tube pasta or elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. bulk hard salami or summer sausage, cubed
- 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp. minced fresh oregano or 1
- 4 tsp. dried oregano
- 4 tsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
