- 2/3 C sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c flour
- Filling:
- 1 1/3 c sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbles corn starch
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 3/4 c water
- 2 table butter
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- Meringue:
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 c sugar

- Bread Pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cooked mashed sweet potato [can substitute cooked butternut or acorn squash or pumpkin]

- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4-1/2 to 5 cups soft bread cubes, such as brioche (about 9 slices)
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored, cut into 1/2' dice
- Cinnamon Caramel Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
