- 1 box Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies
- 1/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 5 tablespoons hot fudge
- 1 bag mini peanut butter cups
Yorkshire Pudding

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten*
- 2-4 Tbsp of roast drippings
- If you double the recipe, add an extra egg to the batter
Easy Oven Fried Chicken With Corn Flake Crumb Coating

This is one of my favorite ways to make chicken
- 6 chicken leg quarters (chicken legs with thighs)
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream, light
- 2 cups finely crushed corn flakes
- 1 teaspoon Cajun or Creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Coconut Chicken and Rice Casserole

Heat oil over medium-high heat until hot in a heavy round casserole
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 cups minced onion
- 1 1/2 cups diced red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- One 14-ounce can lite coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste, or to taste
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 pound green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice, or to taste
- 1/3 cup minced cilantro for garnish, if desired
Greek Yogurt, Lime and Honey Pie

Add boiling water, lime juice and honey to a bowl and stir to dissolve honey
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- Juice of one lime
- 2 tablespoons honey, plus extra for serving
- 1 box lime-flavored gelatin (3 ounces)
- 2 containers plain Greek yogurt (7 ounces each)
- 1 container of frozen whipped topping
- Prepared graham cracker pie crust (8- or 9-inch)
