Soft Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks

1.Fit your food processor with a steel blade
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 3 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh Crab and Mango Salad

In a large bowl, whisk together canola, vinegar and lemon juice
- 8 ounces lump crab meat, picked through for shells
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- 3 tablespoons mint, torn
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced on a bias
- Kosher salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Caramel Apple Pie Cookies

- 1 jar caramel sauce
- 1 can apple pie filling

Mexican-Style Pineapple and Watermelon

- 2 Pounds Chicken Wings
- 3 Cups Gold Medal Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 12 ounce bottle Cola
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce, Franks
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Quart Peanut or Canola oil, for frying
Dragon Noodles

- 6 ounces fresh Udon noodles

Guinness Beef Stew

- 1 (3 1/2-to 4-pound) boneless beef chuck-eye roast, pulled apart at seams, trimmed, and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups Guinness Draught
- 1 1/2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
