- 2 Tbs.red wine or water
- 2 Tbs. reduced sodium soy sauce

- 1 Tbs mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 chicken,cut into eights,or 4 chicken legs each cut in 1/2

- 6 or more Tbs soy milk,divided
