Frozen Raspberry Mousse

1. Line long sides & bottom of 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 " loaf pan with waxed paper, with a little overhang along sides
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream , slightly softened
- 1 T powdered egg whites
- 3 T water
- 1 C raspberries
- 1/4 C seedless raspberry jam
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 1/2 t fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 C heavy cream
Bavarian Beef

In a large skillet brown the roast slowly on all sides in hot oil
- 1 2 1/2- 3 lb boneless beef roast
- 1 T cooking oil
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 C chopped onions
- 1/2 beef broth
- 1/3 C german style mustard
- 1/2 T ground blood pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 T flour
- 2 T beef broth
- Hot cooked noodles
- Cooked crumbled bacon
Pineapple Cake

Bake at 350* for 40 mins
- Icing:
- 2 C sugar
- 2 C flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 oz can crushed pineapple juice
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 3/4 C 10 x sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
Chocolate Banana Cream Trifle

Finely chop half a graham cracker using Food Chopper, set aside
- 18 whole graham crackers (5x2 in./13 x 5 cm), divided
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 container (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed,divided (4 cups) 1/L)
- 1 pkg (3.4 oz/102 g) banana cream or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 cup (250 mL) milk
- 1 lemon
- 4 large bananas
