- 22- 26 oz hard pretzels
- 1/2 t dill weed
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1 t lemon powder
- 1 pack original hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/4 C

Chicken & Spinach Florentine

Minute Rice
- 1 T oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast - cut into bite size pieces
- 6 C baby spinach leaves, washed & dried
- 2 C minute brown rice , uncooked
- 1 1/2 C cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 C (10 1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese- grated
Fluffy Peanut Butter Dip

Place peanut butter, yogurt & cinnamon in a large bowl
- 1/2 C creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8oz) container vanilla yogurt
- 1/8 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C whipped toppping
Monkey Bread

- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 t ground cinnamon
- 4 cans (7.5 oz each) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 C butter, melted
- 3/4 C packed brown sugar
Butterfinger Dessert

Prepare the cake & bake according to pkg directions
- 1 pkg angel food cake mix( or use ready made cake)
- 1 stick butter
- 2 C powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 t vanilla
- 3-4 lg butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- 8 oz whipped topping
Cornmeal Crusted Onion Rings

In a medium bowl combine buttermilk & egg
- 3 medium onions
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 C cornmeal
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
Corn Fritters

Mix ingredients together. Drop batter by T in deep hot fat (365*)
- 2 C fresh uncooked corn kernels
- 8 1/2 oz pkg corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 C milk
