Princess Punch

Easy to make and refreshing princess punch!
- 1 (46-ounces) can pineapple juice
- 1 (6-ounces) can frozen pink lemonade
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 3 (28-ounces) bottles ginger ale
- 1 quart strawberry ice cream
Onion Pretzels

Melt butter, add soup mix
- 1 box hard pretzels
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 pack lipton onion soup mix
Apricot Nectar Cake

Beat eggs & butter. Add cake mix & nectar
- 1 pk Duncan Hines butter recipe golden cake
- 3/4 C apricot nectar
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 t lemon juice
Perogie Casserole

Cook noodles. Sauté onions in butter
- 1 lb boil lasagna noodles
- 6-8 serving instant potatoes
- 1 (8oz) bag sharp cheddar
- 1 (8oz) bag mild cheddar
- 2 onions

Gingerbread Cookie

Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves, ginger & cinnamon
- Decorating Frosting:
- 2 1/4 C flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t bakng soda
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 t ground cloves
- 1 1/4 t ginger
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C molasses(dark)
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 1/4 C 10x sugar
- 1/4 t cream of tartar
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 t vanilla

- Oil for frying
- 1/2 C sprinkles

- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 3 c fresh blueberries ( or frozen, but do not thaw)
