Cheesy Rice

Bring 2 C of water to a boil
- 2 C wafer
- 2 C minute rice
- 8 kraft singles
Black Forest Cake

Drain cherries, reserving 1/2 C juice
- 2 (20oz) cans tart cherries, undrained
- 1 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 C cornstarch
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 (9") chocolate cake layers, baked & cooled
- 3 C cold whipping cream
- 1/3 C 10x sugar
Mini Cheesecakes

Mix cream cheese, vanilla & sugar on medium speed until well blended
- 12 vanilla waffers
- 2 - 8oz pkgs cream cheese( softened)
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 eggs
Fruit Dip

Blend together with electric mixer
- 2 pks 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 13 oz. container marshmallow fluff
Russian Tea Cakes

Mix butter, sugar & vanilla in lg bowl
- 1 C softened butter
- 1/2 C 10 x sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 1/4 C flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/4 C finely chopped nuts
Bacon & Cheddar Perogie Casserole

Heat oven to 375. Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt
- 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 4 C hot mashed potatoes
- 1/2 C (1/2 of a 250g tub) herb & garlic cream cheese spread
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 pkg (80g) bacon pieces, divided
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Mousse

Make pudding according to directions & stir in coolwhip & chill
- 1 pk instant pudding
- 1 container coolwhip

Alfredo Sauce

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan & cook until cheese is melted & warm
- 12 T butter
- 32 oz heavy cream
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 C parmesan cheese
- 1 C romano cheese
- 4 egg yolks
