Stir pudding mix, pineapple with juice, marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl until well blended
- 1 (4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, undrained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
- 1 ⁄2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 3⁄4 cups non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 slices mozzarella
- 8 pepperoni slices
- 2 c. jarred marinara
- 4 Italian rolls (or hamburger buns)
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
German Cabbage Casserole

Instructions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground turkey or lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 8 cups chopped cabbage (about 1 head 6 inches across)
