Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup additional to roll cookies
- 1 stick butter, at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups flour
Creamy Ham & Potato Casserole

Coat a 4-1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray Place potatoes and onion in bottom of cooker
- 2 pounds Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pound cooked ham, cubed (See Note)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas

preheat 350 lightly grease 2 qt casserole combine all ingred
- 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup bread or saltine cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Ham

Instructions Add the ham in to the slow cooker, I put the part that looks sliced down
- 5-7 lb. picnic pork shoulder ham (this ham will say ready to eat)
- 1/8 cup or so of mustard (just eye-ball it)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple - DO NOT DRAIN
