Streusel Coffee Cake

Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch round pan
- Topping
- 1/3 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons firm butter or margarine
- Cake
- 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 2/3 cup milk or water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
Cheeseburger Soup Recipe

In a 3-qt. saucepan, brown beef; drain and set aside
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups diced peeled potatoes (1-3/4 pounds)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (8 ounces) process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

Combine all ingredients. Set aside
- 2 1/2 - 3 lb. cut up frying chicken
- Crisco for deep frying
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- 3/4 c. water
Potato Sausage Bake

Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 lb kielbasa
- 4 large potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 tbs chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil for greasing foil
Goulash with Peas or Corn

Heat olive oil in a dutch oven over medium high heat
- 1 lb ground beef (I used 90% lean)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (whatever color you have on hand)
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 1 – 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup frozen peas or corn
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
Triple Bean Bake with Bacon Recipe

In a Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp
- 1/2 pound bacon strips, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2/3 cup chopped onion (about 1 medium)
- 1 can (15-1/2 ounces) great northern beans, undrained
- 1 can (16 ounces) butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Swiss Buttercream

Use with Chocolate Mint Cake and Simple Gan
- Fresh Large Egg Whites 180g (6 Large)
- Granulated Sugar 300g (1 + 1/2 cups)
- Confectioners Sugar 240g (2cups) *Domino brand is recommended 10X sugar
- Solid Vegetable Shortening 170g (3/4 cup)
- I prefer to use SWEETEX, it is a High Ratio vegetable shortening
- Unsalted Butter 454g (2 cups)
- Vanilla Extract Or Vanilla Paste 1 Tablespoon
- Salt - pinch *(I did not mention this on the video, but a dash of salt can heighten all these flavors and really pull this recipe through- add at the end with the vanilla)
Cheddar Bacon Egg Salad

Add the eggs to a medium sized pot and fill with water to 1 inch above the eggs
- 6 eggs
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Meat Ball Subs

Instructions Pre-heat oven to *425
- 2 lbs Ground Beef (90/10)
- 12 OZ Italian Sausage remove from casing -spicy, mild, pick your favorite!)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/4 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 TSP Garlic (minced fine)
- 2 TSP Each Salt & Pepper
- 2 Jars Marinara Sauce
- Soft deli Rolls
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese To Top Subs
Butter Dream Cookie

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and shortening with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 24 maraschino cherries (about one-half of a 10-ounce jar)
