Hash Brown slow cooker

Place hash browns, sausage and onion in the slow cooker
- 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 (15 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. smoked sausage or chorizo, diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- green onion, chopped, garnish
Classic Corned Beef and Cabbage

What To Do: In a large Dutch oven over high heat, bring corned beef with pickling spices and water to a boil
- 1 (3- to 3-1/2-pound) corned beef brisket with pickling spices
- 8 cups water
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
- 4 carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 green cabbage, cut into 2-inch wedges

Amish Meatloaf

They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach—well they must have been talking about this meatloaf!
- MEATLOAF:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cups quick oats, uncooked
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Mix together and spread over meatloaf before baking.
Creamy Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

Instructions Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until al dente, about 7 minutes
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (an 8-ounce box isn't quite 2 cups)
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, cut into pieces
- 2 1/2 cups (about 10 ounces) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk or half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Orange Creamsicle Pie

Remember when you were a kid and you used to get those yummy orange creamy ice cream bars from the ice cream truc...
- 1 large premade graham cracker crust
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk, chilled over night
- 1 12 ounce container whip topping, thawed
- 1 6 fluid ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate ( no pulp) Slightly thawed, so it mixes easily
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
