- 1 Package of Butterball Turkey Breast Filets
- 2 medium zucchini pealed and chopped into 1/2 in pieces
- 2 medium yellow squash pealed and chopped into 1/2 in pieces
- 1 14.5 oz can green beans drained
- 1 28 oz can of whole tomatoes cleaned and chopped 1/2 pcs
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning

- 1 1/2 cups sugar

In a food processor, finely chop the carrots and habanero peppers
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 6 habanero peppers, seeds removed and sliced
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic

- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 large shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce*
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
