Extra Creamy Rice Krispie Bars

Melt butter and marshmallows in microwave
- 1 stick oleo
- 20 oz. marshmallows
- 10 cups rice krispies
Basic Marinara Sauce

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T. olive oil
- 28 oz. tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- salt
Blueberry Pie

Beat cream cheese till creamy
- Graham Cracker crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 oz. can frozen lemonade
- 1 can sweetened cond. Milk
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 1 can blueberry pie mix
Orange Tea Muffins

Combine 1 cup sugar and orange juice; set aside
- 2 cups sugar divided
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
Green Chili Egg Strata

Slice bread 1/2 inch thick and trim off crusts
- 6-8 slices French/Italian Bread
- 3 T. softened butter
- 2 C. shredded medium cheddar cheese
- 2 C. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 2 (4.5 ounce)cans chopped green chilies
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk (not skim)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried leaf oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper
Bean Dip

Mix all ingredients except cheeses and put in round baking dish
- 1 can Frito Lay bean dip
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c. green onions, tops and all
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
- 10 drops Tabasco sauce
- chopped jalapeños to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
Italian Vinaigrette

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly before tossing on your favorite salad
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste (lots of pepper)
Strawberry Spinach Salad

Combine sugar, onion, Worcestershire, vinegar and mustard in a blender
- Dressing:
- 1 bag spinach washed & stems removed
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries hulled and sliced in half
- 1-8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. glazed pecans
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. red onion
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

- 1 1/2 lbs chocolate almond bark
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. nuts (almonds or pecans)
