- 1 lb. almond bark candy coating or white chocolate
- 14 Oreos, broken into pieces- I used the Halloween ones with orange filling
- 1 and 1/2 cups pretzels, broken- I used the thin straight ones
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup Reeses Pieces
- 1/2 cup Peanut M&Ms (fall colors)

Buttermilk Pie

- PIE CRUST:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons vegetable shortening, cut into small pieces and chilled
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and chilled
- 3 to 4 tablespoons ice water
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- FILLING:
- 3/4 plus 2 teaspoons cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
White Chicken Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 10 soft taco shells
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream

Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas

- Fajitas
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 sweet peppers, sliced
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breast or thighs
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chicken broth, depending on preference
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- Squirt of lime juice
- Tortillas
- Fajita fixings (tortillas, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and salsa)
Olive Garden Lasagna Rollata Al Forno

Blend first two marinara ingredients together in a large saucepan
- Five Cheese Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup italian blend shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup red wine
- Filling
- 1 egg
- 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning, blend
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Noodles
- 1 lb lasagna noodle
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans (the original recipe called for 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup butter, melted
- Whipped cream or cool whip for topping to serve!
Spaghetti, Aglio, Olio, E Peperoncino

Translated: spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper flakes
- 7 ounces of spaghetti
- 2 large or 3 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of chili pepper flakes
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Tomato Basil Salad

In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 pint red grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1 pint yellow grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 16 fresh basil leaves, chiffonade, plus more if needed
