- Instructions:
- Cranberry Sauce Recipe
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 4 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoon water
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Stir constantly for about 3 to 6 minutes, until the cranberries pop, the sauce thickens and turns red. That’s it!
- Cranberry Orange Steel Cut Oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup almond milk (or other milk: cow’s milk, coconut milk, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- This recipe is one=half the original recipe.
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- FILLING:
- 1 cup melted butter, plus more as needed
- 1/8 cup ground cinnamon for sprinkling
- 1 cup sugar, plus more as needed
- FROSTING:
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 cup melted butter
- 1/8 cup brewed coffee
- Pinch of salt
- Directions:
- Mix together all ingredients, and stir well until smooth. It should be thick but pourable. Taste and adjust as needed. Generously drizzle over the warm rolls. Go crazy and don't skimp on the frosting!
