1. put salsa, garlic, olive oil and juice from lime into zip lock bag. shake around ingredients. 2. add the flank into the bag. seal bag while pressing out air. refrigerate 4 hours. 3. when ready remove steak from bag 4. grill or broil the flank steak medium or medium rare. don't over cook. 5. let rest for 10 min and slice meat against grain into slices.
