Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Pie

Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 package (2 sheets) all-butter puff pastry, defrosted but still cold
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced Black Forest Ham
- 1/4 to 1/2 pound Gruyere cheese, sliced (depending on how much cheese you like)
Waffle Fry Chicken Bake

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 (1-pound 8-ounce) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower mix in cheese sauce
- 1 (22-ounce) bag frozen, fully cooked chicken breast strips
- 1 can (10-3/4-ounce) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- One eighth teaspoon black pepper

- 2 pie crusts, bottom and top lattice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 heaping tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken base
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup onion, small dice
- 1/2 cup carrots, small dice
- 1/3 cup peas
- 1 jalapeno, small dice
- 1 cup raw chicken, medium dice

- 3/4 pound (12 ounce) small pasta shape, like small shells or elbows
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (10-1/2 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Feta-Stuffed Chicken

In a small bowl combine feta cheese and cream cheese; set aside
- 1/4 cup crumbled basil-and-tomato feta cheese (1 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese (1 ounce)
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 pounds total)
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Dash salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or cooking oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 10-ounce package prewashed fresh spinach, trimmed (8 cups)
- 2 tablespoons walnut or pecan pieces, toasted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Lemon slices, halved (optional)
