- 1 cup frozen corn (or fresh or canned)
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 4-ounce can of diced green chilies
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese , divided
- sour cream and cilantro , optional for topping
BUTTERFINGER COOKIES

Preheat oven to 325º. Line baking sheets with parchment
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted, cooled slightly
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars (I used two 2.1 ounce bars)

Cook the bacon, drain it and crumble it

- 2 cups peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded or diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced

- 1 tablespoon mint, chopped (optional)
- salt, pepper and cayenne to taste

- 1 pound Odom’s Tennessee Pride Country Sausage (mild or hot)
- 2 (8 oz.) cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 2 lb.red potatoes(about 6)
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives, divided
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
Copycat Outback Bloom Sauce

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I used reduced fat)
- 2 TBS creamy horseradish
- 1 TBS ketchup
- 1/3 tsp paprika
- 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
All Day BBQ Ranch Pulled Pork

Place pork, fat side up, in slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours
- For the pork:
- Pork
- 5 lb Boston Butt
- 1/2 (16oz) bottle Creole butter injector sauce (with injector)
- 1 (1oz) packet Ranch dressing mix
- BBQ Sauce
- 1 (18-ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 (1oz) packet Ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- Rub dressing mix evenly over pork. Inject butter sauce evenly into the pork. Wrap with plastic wrap, and place in a gallon ziplock bag; chill 8 hours or overnight.
Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 40-50 minutes turning once in the middle
- Jerk Marinade:
- 1 pound chicken (skin on)
- jerk marinate
- Marinate the chicken in the jerk marinade for a day turning a few times.
- 1 scotch bonnet or habanero pepper or 3 jalapeno peppers (seeded and chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon thyme (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
- 1/2 orange (juice and zest)
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- Puree everything.
