Hot Mulled Punch ****

Put juices in large percolating coffee pot
- 1 1/2 quart bottle cranberry juice
- 1 1 quart bottles apple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
Turkey Pasta Soup Recipe ****

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 cup uncooked small pasta shells
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) white kidney or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) Italian stewed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Ground Pecan Crust (Low Carb)

Good for cheesecake and pumpkin or Jello pudding pies, but not strong enough for a pie with runny/loose filling
- 6 ounces pecans toasted (8 oz bag is fine too)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix ingredients well. Leave in refrigerator overnight
- 4 ounces Blue Cheese and Roquefort crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Chicken Salad

Mix chopped chicken, celery, onion, relish, mustard, paprika, Lawrys seasoning, some pepper and eggs
- One whole chicken breast (simmer with onion, celery and Lawrys)
- Celery chopped
- couple of boiled eggs
- dried minced onion
- sweet relish, strained
- some grey pompon mustard
- Paprika
Cottage Cheese Clam Dip

Directions In a mixing bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork until it is smooth and creamy
- 2 1/2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can minced clams, drained with juice reserved
- 3 tablespoons fat free sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon clam juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Chicken Divan

Cook broccoli. Spread on bottom of greased 9 X 13 baking dish
- 2 1/2 cups chopped chicken 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 10 ounce packages chopped broccoli 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup Shredded cheddar cheese
Crab Spread***

Dissolve gelatin in 3 Tablespoons cold water
- 2 3 ounce packages cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 green onions
- 1 cup celery
- 1 8 ounce can crab
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage

coat a large nonstick skillet with the oil and place over medium heat
- 2 teaspoons canola or walnut oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped-coarsely
- 1 or 2 medium Granny Smith Apples, peeled and choped, coarsely
- 4 cups coarsely shredded red cabbage (1/2 medium head)
- 1/4 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 3 Tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in large bowl except last three; combine oil and vinegar & season with salt/pepper

- 8 cups mixed greens
- 8 oz plum tomatoes (seeded, diced)
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 c chopped and toasted pecans
- 1/2 c. Olive oil
- 3 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. Roquefort cheese
