- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Yellow sugar crystals or candy sprinkles, if desired
No Bake Baileys Irish Cream Cookie Balls

- 1 tablespoon malted barley extract
- 1 tablespoon or packet active dry yeast
- 5 to 6 cups (21 1/4 to 25 1/2 ounces) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten with 2 teaspoons water
