CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

Mix everything for 2 minutes except for the butter
- CAKE:
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I

Directions Put uncooked spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water
- 3 cups cooked, cubed chicken meat
- 8 ounces spaghetti, broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions Combine 3/4 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, or more if needed
- 1 envelope Fleischmann's® RapidRise Yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter OR margarin
Beef Stroganoff II

Directions Remove any fat and gristle from the roast and cut into strips 1/2 inch thick by 2 inches long
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 green onions, sliced (white parts only)
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed beef broth
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup white wine
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Grilled or Roasted Spice-Rubbed Chicken Thighs

If you are grilling, coat the grill rack with cooking spray and heat the grill for direct heat cooking
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 – 3.5 pounds chicken thighs (bone-in), about 12 thighs
Jalapeño Popper Dip

In a mixer or by hand, combine cream cheese and sour cream
- 1 4oz can diced jalapenos, well drained OR 4-6 fresh jalapenos, roasted and diced (include seeds if you like it really spicy)
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup + 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Banana Nut Bread

- 3 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened

- 2 cups mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
