Red Raspberry Vinaigrette

Combine the olive oil, rice vinegar and raspberry jam in the container of a blender
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 (10 ounce) jar seedless raspberry jam
Thousand Island Salad Dressing

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well
- 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 4 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 pound bacon, diced
- 1 pound ham, diced

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tbsp pineapple juice
- Glaze:
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- 1 teaspoon corn starch mixed with 2 Tbsp cold water

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to tast
