ORIENTAL DIJON DRESSING

- 3 TBL HONEY
- 1 1/2 TBL RICE WINE VINEGAR
- 1/4 CUP MAYO
- 1 TSP GREY POUPON
- 1/8 TSP SESAME OIL
Honey Lime Chicken Wings

Directions In a large bowl, mix together the honey, lime juice, lime peel, garlic, salt and ground black pepper
- 18 whole chicken wings, split
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 pound uncooked linguine pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Parmesan Chicken

1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup or 1/4 pound), melted
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or 2/3 cup if you are using a Microplane zester)
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- A large pinch of Italian seasoning (herb mix)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 lbs of skinless, boneless, chicken meat, cut into pieces no larger than 2x2 inches
CRAB SNACKS WITH ENGLISH MUFFINS

PREHEAT OVEN AT 400, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND PUT ON MUFFINS AND BAKE AT 400 FOR 15 MINUTES
- 1 6 OZ CAN CRAB MEAT DRAINED
- 5 OZ VELVEETA
- 1/4 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER
- 2 TBL MAYO
- 1 PINCH GARLIC SALT
- 2 TBL PARSLEY
Eggs Benedict

1 Start with the bacon. Heat a large skillet on medium low heat
- 8 pieces of bacon or 4 pieces of Canadian bacon
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons white or rice vinegar
- 2 English muffins
- Butter
- Blender Hollandaise
- 10 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of cayenne or tabasco
Honey Mustard Dressing II

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Crispy Cheddar Chicken

Crush crackers. If using chicken breasts and not tenders, cut each chicken breast into 3 large pieces
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers(the vegetable ritz are delicious if u can find them.)
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup( i used fat free)
- 2 tablespoon sour cream( i use fat free greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoon butter
Original Pound Cake from 1700's England

Directions Preheat oven 325 degrees
- Ingredients
- 1 lb sugar ( 2 cups)
- 1 lb butter, room temp.
- 1 lb flour, sifted with salt ( (4 cups before sifting)
- 1 dozen egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon rind, grated
Beef Enchiladas II

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (1.5 ounce) package dry enchilada sauce mix
- 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
