- 2-1/2 cups cubed cooked pork
- 2-1/2 cups frozen broccoli-cauliflower blend
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Man-Pleasing Chicken

Put a 1.5 pound package of chicken thighs into an oven-proof baking dish
- Chicken thighs- 1 package
- Dijon mustard- 1/2 cup
- Maple syrup- 1/4 cup
- Rice wine vinegar- 1 tablespoon
- Fresh rosemary
Ham Broccoli Bake

Cook macaroni according to the package directions
- 1 1/4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1- 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 can 10 3/4 oz condensed cream of mushroom undiluted
- 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 cup 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
Chicken Pot Pie Soup

In a large pot or dutch oven over medium-high heat, melt butter and sauté onions until soft
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 2 cups half & half
- 3 chicken bullion cubes (4 might be better--I'm trying to reduce sodium)
- 2-3 cups cooked chicken, shredded, diced, or sliced (I used the breast & thigh meat from a store-bought roasted chicken & it was FANtastic.)
- 2 cups diced cooked potato
- 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables, cooked
- 1 batch of pie crust cut into cracker-sized pieces & baked (see below)
Layered Thanksgiving Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 in baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 container mashed potatoes
- 1 bag fresh green beans
- 1 box stove top stuffing mix for turkey
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoons dried marjoram

- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon onion soup mix
