Frank Sinatra's Sausage And Peppers

Remove stems and seeds from peppers and cut into large chunks
- 1 pound hot Italian sausage
- 3 green bell peppers
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper (optional)
The Original Potato Salad

1.Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot; bring to a boil over medium-high heat
- 2 lbs. potatoes (5 to 6 medium), peeled and cut into 3/4-inch chunks
- 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
Oven Barbequed Pork Chops

These pork chops are easy to prepare, baked with a homemade barbecue sauce
- 6 pork chops, 3/4 to 1-inch thick
- 1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- dash cayenne, optional

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. COOK shells according to package directions: drain
- 1 BOX Barilla Jumbo Shells
- 1 JAR Barilla Marinara - Traditional Sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 30 OUNCES Ricotta Cheese
- 4 CUPS Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, Divided
- 1 1/2 CUP Parmesan Cheese, Grated, Divided
- 1 TABLESPOON Parsley, Dried
Texas Roadhouse Rolls

1. Place 2 cups flour in a large mixing bowl
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 (0.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 1/4 cups warm water (105° - 115°)
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons butter flavored vegetable shortening
Cranberry-Glazed Meatballs

- 1 gallon water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sea salt
- 1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 4 double-cut bone-in loin pork chops, 1 pound each
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Spiced Apples and Raisins:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced in 1/2-inch-thick wedges
- Leaves from 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Pinch dry mustard
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 lemon

- 1 package Tempo Meat Loaf Mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Concord Foods lemon juice
- 3 Tbs melted butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 can (drained) of salmon or tuna
3-Cheese Pasta Bake

1 Stir the soup, cheeses, milk and black pepper in a 1 1/2-quart casserole
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 package (8 ounces) shredded two-cheese blend (about 2 cups)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta, cooked and drained (about 4 cups)
Stuffed Green Peppers

- 8 medium sized green peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground beef (or 1 lb. beef if you do not want to include pork)
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 raw egg
- 1 cup washed rice
- 2 28 oz. cans of crushed tomatos (or 3 or 4 lbs. fresh peeled tomatos)
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. good Hungarian Paprika (buy imported sweet)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbls. sugar (do not omit)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper corns
- 2 whole Bay laurel leaves
- 1 cup water only if needed
