- 1 TBL cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 4-5 good shakes tabasco sauce
Potato Salad - Karma Shakespear

- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 TB to 1/3 cup vinegar
- Milk to thin
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard or a squirt of reg. mustard
- 1 tsp ranch dressing mix
Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles

Salt & pepper chicken breasts and place in the bottom of crock pot
- 1 24 ounce package – frozen egg noodles
- 2 – 14.7 oz cans – cream of chicken soup – sometimes i use 1 can chicken and 1 can cream of celery
- 1 stick (1/2) cup butter – cut into pieces
- 1 – 32 oz chicken broth – may want extra to thin out, if too thick. the frozen noodles thicken the broth
- mixed vegetables – optional – i didn’t use this time
- Chicken buillon to taste – optional – i add about a teaspoon of better than buillion chicken flavored paste – for a richer chicken flavor
- 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 4 large
- salt & pepper to taste – can add some parsley too if desire
Cinnamon Bundt Cake

Pour 1/3 batter into pan, top with 1/3 cup cinnamon mixture
- Mix together:
- 1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
- 1 sm. Instant vanilla pudding
- Add:
- 4 eggs, 1 at a time
- Add:
- 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. butter flavoring
- Place 1/4 cup chopped nuts in bottom of greased and floured bundt pan.
- Mix: 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon
Chia Seed Energy Bites - Kim Coats

Mix all ingredients together and let set in fridge for about 1/2 hour
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

- 1 lg can S&W italian stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 6oz (or more) cheese tortellini
