Mrs. Fields Chocolate Chip Cookies

BAKE at 350° for 8-10 minutes
- Cream together:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cubes butter
- ADD:
- 1 Tbl vanilla
- 2 eggs
- ADD :
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Wedding Cookies

Roll into balls and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes
- Cream
- 1 pound butter and
- 1 cup powdered sugar. Add
- 3 1/2 cups flour and
- 1/2 tsp. salt. Add
- 2 tsp. vanilla and
- 1 cup nuts chopped.
White Chicken Chili

CHICKEN & WHITE BEAN CHILI – Sauté: 1 Tbl
- CHICKEN & WHITE BEAN CHILI –
- Sauté: 1 Tbl. Olive oil 1 onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced 1 jalapeno chopped
- 2 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- Add: 1 small green pepper diced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 4 15-oz. can white beans
- 4 chicken breasts (boiled and shredded)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Simmer for 1 hour. Top each bowl with grated cheese, sour cream and/or tortilla chips.
Baked Chicken Alfredo - Krystal

- Alfredo Sauce:
- 16 oz penne or bowtie pasta
- 1 recipe Alfredo sauce (see below)
- 2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 6 oz cooked bacon or chopped ham
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups milk
- 2/3 cup (6oz) ow fat cream cheese
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 TBL butter
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1 cup butter, melted
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste
