Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pans with cupcake liners

  • Cake:
  • 1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 t. vanilla extract
  • 24 Oreos
  • Oreo Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 3-4 c. powdered sugar
  • remaining Oreos from cake, crushed
  • Chocolate Ganache:
  • 1/4 c. + 1 T heavy cream
  • 1 c. chocolate chips or melts
  • Melted white chocolate for decoration

  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 8 eggs
