Cookies and Cream Filled Cupcakes - Studio 5

Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pans with cupcake liners
- Cake:
- 1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 24 Oreos
- Oreo Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 3-4 c. powdered sugar
- remaining Oreos from cake, crushed
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 1/4 c. + 1 T heavy cream
- 1 c. chocolate chips or melts
- Melted white chocolate for decoration
Hash Brown Quiche - Shanna

Place hash brown potato patties in greased 9 x 13 inch pan
- 8 shredded frozen hash brown potato patties
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (I use less - about 1/4 cup)
- 1 cup cubed precooked ham or 1 lb. sausage cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk or cream
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 2 cups flour 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 Tbl. Cocoa 1 Cup Milk
- 4 Tbl. Oil
- Mix and sprinkle over batter:
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 4 Tbl. Cocoa

- 12 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces (we used the holiday Oreos with the red filling)
