Aunt Di's Almost German Potato Salad - Studio 5

Method: Wash the potatoes, no need to peel or cut
- Ingredients:
- White or red potatoes, about 12-15 small
- 8-12 eggs
- Dill pickles, about 3 large or 6 small chunked
- Dill pickle juice
- Best Foods Mayo – NO LIGHT ALLOWED
- Salt
- White Pepper

Instructions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 cups (~1 small) red potato
- 3/4 ths pound green beans
- 1 large head of broccoli (~ 1 and 1/2 cups)
- 1 and 1/2 cups chopped bell peppers 2 large or 6-7 mini sweet bell peppers
- 9 ounces smoked sausage I use turkey or chicken, not ground sausage
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Serve with: fresh parsley, quinoa/rice, lots of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 green peppers diced
- 12 oz. barley
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 gallon potatoes peeled and cut in big chunks

Method: First place london broil in freezer for about 45 minutes- meat is much easier to slice thinly when cold
- 4 lbs London broil beef or 4 lbs flank steak
- 2 t. black pepper
- 2 t. chili powder
- 2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2-1 t. cayenne pepper
- 2 t. onion powder
- 1 t. liquid smoke
- 1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 c.Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. Frank's red hot sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
