Meat: 1. Brown mean and onion together
- Meat:
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 onion
- 8 oz tomato paste
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tblspn Sugar
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp accent seasoning
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Dressing: (recipe can be cut in half and makes plenty)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups mayo
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp accent
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- Salad Part:
- 1 . Lettuce (chopped)
- 2 . Tomtatos (diced)
- 3 . Onions (diced)
- 4 . Cheese (shredded)
BBQ Ham

1. Combine all incredients minus ham
- 1 lb shaved ham
- 3 tblsp lemon juice
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbls worchestershire
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Cheesy Stuffed Shells

HEAT oven to 400°F. MIX cottage cheese, spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and seasoning; spoon into shells
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked, drained
- 1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1 large tomato, chopped

HEAT oven to 350°F. PREPARE cake batter as directed on package; stir in 2/3 cup coconut
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow yellow cake mix
- 2-2/3 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut (7-oz. pkg.), divided
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
Summer Tortellini Salad

This looks very pretty in a glass bowl
- 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini , cooked according to package directions, drained well
- 5 roma tomatoes , washed and cut into large chunks
- 1/2 English seedless cucumber , unpeeled, cut into large chunks
- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives , drained and sliced
- 1/4 cup mild pepperoncini pepper , drained and sliced
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat Italian salad dressing (or Greek)
- 3 green onions , chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley , chopped
- 4 ounces reduced-fat feta cheese , crumbled

Cheese Fondue

This fondue recipe is from the kitchen of Ben and Julie
- 1/2 bottle white wine
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup gruyere cheese
- 1 pinch fresh ground nutmeg
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon whole peppercorns
- 1 small bunch of fresh thyme
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Queso Fundido

- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 serrano chile, seeded, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- Kosher salt
- 8 ounces coarsely grated mild yellow cheddar
- 8 ounces coarsely grated Monterey Jack
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 4-ounce link fresh chorizo or hot Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1/2 cup minced onion
