- 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 12 OREO Cookies, coarsely crushed

- 6 . Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- For the Salad:
- 1 . 2 heads butter lettuce
- 2 . 1/2 cup candied walnuts
- 3 . 1 Honeycrisp or Fuji apple (quartered and cored and the thinly sliced)
- 4 . 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 5 . 2 cups Poached Chicken Breast (diced)

- 1 (2 lb) package Oreo cookies , crushed in food processor
- 1/2 cup margarine , melted
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
- 2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping

- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Top:
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sugar
Hungry Girl Coleslaw

Mix all ingredients but slaw
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 1/2 T. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijonaisse
- 1 T. splenda
- 1/4 tsp. Lawry's
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Broccoli slaw package (or similar)
