- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled
- 4 ice cubes
- 8 oz, ice cold water
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract, optional

1. In a shallow dish, combine lime juice, 1 teaspoon oil, and red pepper or chili powder
- Juice of 1 or 2 limes
- 2 teaspoons canola oil

- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
Spicy Tuna and Tomato Sauce
