- Sauce:
- 1 lb. ground turkey breast
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. nsa chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup water
- 1 can diced nsa green chilies (check sodium content)
- 1 small can nsa tomato paste
- 1-2 Tbs Mrs. Dash, Extra Spicy
- 1 Tbs. Mrs. Dash, Onion and Herb
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash, Table blend
- 1 Tbs. Splenda
- 1 Tbs. Balsamic vinegar

- 1 Large Onion, sliced
- 3/4 of a cup of Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp of Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 2 tsp of Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp of Butter
- 1 Tbsp of worsteshire sauce
- Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce in a small bowl
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch strips

- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/4 cup torn fresh basil leaves

- Cooking spray
- 1 pound ground turkey meat
- 1 slice fresh whole-wheat bread, crusts removed, pulsed into crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
- 1/2 cup finely grated carrot
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

- 1 large whole-wheat baguette (about 8 ounces)
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 cups sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 lemon, juiced about 1 1/2 tablespoons
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Chicken Chili

Cook the onions in oil over medium low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until translucent
- 4 cups chopped yellow onions (3 onions)
- 1/8 cup good olive oil, plus extra chicken
- 1/8 cup minced garlic (2 cloves)
- 2 red bell peppers, cored, seeded, and large diced
- 2 yellow bell peppers, cored, seeded, and large diced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 2 (28oz) can whole peeled, plum tomatoes in puree, drained
- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil leaves
- 4 split chicken breasts, bone in, skin on
