Black Bottom Pecan Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Unroll piecrust Fit piecrust into a 9 inch pie plate according to package directions
- 1/2 (15 oz.) package refrigerated piecrusts
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 3 Tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese softened
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cups sugar divided
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
Chocolate Frosted Brownies

Melt 2 sticks of butter with 4 squares of unsweetened chocolate
- Frosting:
- 2 sticks of butter
- 4 oz. chocolate unsweetened
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 4 tsp. of half and half
- 1 box powdered sugar
