Iranian Khoresht Fesenjan

Vegan Persian Dish from March Hunger Games
- 3 batches LDV Faux Chicken (or about 4-5 c seitan)
- coarsely chopped into big bite-sized chunks
- 3 onions, cut in half and finely sliced
- 2 T cooking oil (or more if you feel decadent)
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c of the seitan cooking broth + 1/2 c veggie broth (or 1 c veggie broth)
- 1 3/4 c unsweetened pomegranate juice or puree
- 2 T sugar
- 3/4 lb walnuts, pulsed in food processor
- (between a rough meal & coarsely chopped)
- (it is fine to skimp a bit on the walnuts if you want it to be less fatty)
- chopped parsley (for garnish)
Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork

Directions for Pulled Pork Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 1 whole Large Onion
- 1 whole Pork Shoulder/Butt - 5 To 7 Pounds
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 can (11 Ounce) Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
- 24 ounces of Dr. Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Chicken Parmesan Sub

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8 ounces)
- 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 6-ounce bag spinach

- 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for surface

- Marinade:
- 1.5 lb cleaned fish fillets
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 bottle of beer
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbs black pepper

- 1/4 cup tarragon

Spring roll / eggroll hybrid
- 1 package of egg rolls wrapppers
- 1 egg
- 1/2 package cellophane/rice noodles
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1/2 sweet yellow onion, diced
- 1 package of ground pork or chicken
- 2 tbs of oyster sauce
- 2 tbs chopped garlic
- 2 cans of shrimp
- 1 tbs white pepper
- 1 tbs white sugar
- 1 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Fettuccine with Wild Mushroom Sauce

- 2 cups hot water
- 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound mixed fresh wild mushrooms (such as oyster, crimini and shiitake with tough stems trimmed), sliced
- 4 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 3/4 cup canned low-salt chicken broth
- 8 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 pound fettucine
