Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1.5 lb cleaned fish fillets
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 bottle of beer
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbs black pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup tarragon
- 1/4 cup chives
- 2 tbs granulated onion
- Breadcrumbs

Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
Soak the fish in the marinade for 1 hour. Remove from marinade, but do not pat dry. Immediately add to casserole dish and pour a bit of liquids in the bottom.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cook for 30 minutes.
