Double-Streusel Coffee Cake

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray bottom and side of 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray
- 2/3 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons cold butter or margarine
- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/2 cup milk or water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg
Mashed Potato-Stuffed Meat Loaf Squares

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 2 cups Rice Chex™ cereal, finely crushed
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 medium carrot, grated (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup ketchup

“Creamy” Tomato Soup

Directions 1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Contadina® Tomato Puree
- 1 can (15 oz.) Contadina® Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Contadina Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced shallots or onion
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- (Optional) chopped fresh basil
- (optional) fresh parmesan cheese
No-Bake Fudge Cookies

- 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa

- 1- 26oz jar Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1- 15 oz can Crushed Tomato Puree (Contadina Italian Seasoned)
- 4 oz Pepperoni, chopped (optional)
- 1- 16 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese (set aside 1/2 cup)
- 1- 15oz container Precious Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
