1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 15x10x1- or 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray

- 1 1 1.5 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1 1 egg
- FILLING
- 1 1 1 cup white vanilla baking chips (6 oz)
- 1 1 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- TOPPING
- 4 4 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 2 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup water
- 10 to 12 10 to 12 12 drops red food color, if desired

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 containers (3.5 oz each) lemon pudding (from 4-pack container)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups frozen (thawed) whipped topping
Easy Chicken and Dumplings

Using a deep skillet, warm oil and "stir fry" chicken until cooked through, sprinkle seasoning as meat cooks
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast or tenderloins, sliced into bite size pieces
- Chicken seasoning (Chef's Blend, Masterpiece Chicken)
- 2 tbs Canola oil
- Gravy-
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs cornstrach
- Dumplings-
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk
- Optional: add carrots and corn when you pour in the gravy mix to thicken.
