- 8 cups frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower (from 1-pound bag), thawed, drained, and large pieces cut in half (or your favorite veggie mix)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- (1/3 cup each chopped red,yellow, green bell pepper -optional)
- 4 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
- 3 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- (optional- add Chef's Blend seasoning mix)
