Paprika Chicken Stroganoff

Sprinkle the chicken with 1 tablespoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- One 10-ounce package cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 11/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cups hot cooked buttered noodles
Creamy Lobster Macaroni and Cheese

Cook macaroni according to package instructions
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 8 ounces process cheese cubed ( I like velvetta)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups ( 8 ounces) shredded cheese
- 8 ounces lobster meat or imitation lobster. cut into small pieces
Angel-Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Greens

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Kosher salt
- 8 ounces angel-hair pasta
- 8 cups chopped escarole, kale and/or Swiss chard
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Freshly ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Grated zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
Cucumber in Sour Cream

Sprinkle cucumber slices with salt; cover with water, soak
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced.
- 1 tsp. salt.
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream.
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar.
- 1 tsp. sugar.
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed.
Lobster Roll

mix lobster meat with 1/2 cup celery and 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 package imitation lobster meat
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- bakery-style bakery hot dog bun

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

- 8 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 3 tablespoons white sugar

- 3 ounces coarsely chopped pancetta
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 12 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon, garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 flour tortillas ( 8 inches) warmed
- 2 cups (8 ounces ) shredded cheddar cheese
30-Minute Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

In a Dutch oven, combine the first 10 ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup sliced celery
- 3/4 cup sliced carrots
- 1 small onion, chopped
