Lobster Roll

Ingredients

• 1 package imitation lobster meat
• 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
• 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• bakery-style bakery hot dog bun
• butter
• lettuce leaves.

Preparation

Step 1

mix lobster meat with 1/2 cup celery and 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Use a serrated knife to make lenghtwise cut in bakery style hot dog bun, being careful not to cut thru to bottom of bun. spread butter on inside of bun and grill until lightly toasted. Fill with lettuce leaves and lobster mixture.
