Preheat oven to 350°. Pierce potatoes several times with a fork; place on a baking sheet
- 4 large baking potatoes (about 12 ounces each)
- 2/3 cup butter, cubed
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 6 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
