Fruit Pizza

Press cookie dough on pizza pan
- 1 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 T milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
Banana Dessert

Combine the first 3 ingredients and press into a spring-form pan
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter (melted)
- 24 graham crackers
- 1 instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small cool whip
- bananas
- pecans
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over med-high heat
- 1 lb. Pasta (I used penne-you could use any fun shaped pasta)
- 1 cup Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup Ham, cooked and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onion
- 2 cups Swiss Cheese, shredded
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper(optional-add to cheese mixture)
- 1 cup Panko Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
Pumpkin Spread/Dip

Mix together. Serve chilled with ginger snaps
- 1 can pumpkin pie filling
- 2 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2-3/4 c. powdered sugar
Sweet Pretzel Nuggets

Place pretzels in microwave safe bowl
- 1 15-18 oz. package pretzels
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1-2 tsp. cinnamon
Sauteed Tomatoes w/ Sausage and Goat Cheese

Heat olive oil and add tomatoes seasoning with a pinch of salt
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 pre-cooked Italian sausage sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 c green olives pitted and cut in quarters
- 2 c pre-cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c goat cheese or blue cheese crumbles
Harvard Beets

In a double boiler stir sugar, corn starch, salt and vinegar until smooth
- 3 c beets (canned) (sliced or diced)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 T corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c mild cider vinegar
Roasted Parm Zucchini Spears

Preheat oven to 350 Cut the zucchinis in quarters, length-wise
- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- olive oil
Frozen Cranberry Salad

In a large bowl, mix milk and lemon juice
- 1 can Eagle brand milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 jar William-Sonoma cranberry apple relish
- 1 8 oz. cool whip (thawed)
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Apple and Coconut Macaroons

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 14 oz. sweetened flaked coconut
- 2 T flour
- 14 oz. condensed sweetened milk
- 1 apple peeled and diced small
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg whites (at room temperature)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
