Cranberry Delight

Mix ground cranberries, marshmallows, pineapple and sugar and chill overnight
- 1 package cranberries (ground)
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- marshmallows to taste
- 1-1 1/2 c. nuts
- 3/4 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
Easy Chicken Fajita Skillet

Cook chicken and seasonings in large skillet for about 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
- 1 lb. chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 c chopped mixed green and red peppers
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cut up)
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Cut jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds and white membranes
- 12 jalapenos
- 1 cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 24 slices of bacon
Quiche

Heat oven to 375° F. In a large skillet, over medium-low heat, heat the oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 medium yellow onions, diced $
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 4 eggs $
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 8 ounces Gruyère, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1 store-bought frozen pie crust in a tin
Cocktail Meatballs

Mix beef, bread, onion, milk, egg, and remaining ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 T parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- 1 10 oz. grape jelly
Cranberry Relish

Heat first 3 ingredients over medium heat until sugar dissolves
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T. orange juice
- 1 T. lime juice
- 1 bag cranberries
- 1 T. orange zest
- chopped cilantro (hand full)
Cantaloupe Cooler

Cut cantaloupes into wedges
- 2 cantaloupes
- 2 c. orange juice
Apple Crisp

Place sliced apples in a greased baking dish
- Topping:
- 4 c. sliced apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter (softened)
Breakfast BLT

Spry 9x13 pan with Pam. Cut bread in half and put a layer of halves in pan
- 8 slices bread
- 1 package bistro blend shredded cheese
- bacon crumbles
- 1 can stewed oregano tomatoes (drained)
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
Monkey Bread

Mix 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 cans biscuits
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 T honey
