Easy Corn Salad

Mix above ingredients and refrigerate in 9x13 pan
- 3 cans yellow corn (drained)
- 3 cans white corn (drained)
- 3 c. shredded cheese
- 3 c. mayonnaise
- 3 T minced dried onion
- 1 bag Chili Cheese Fritos
Breakfast Casserole w/Bacon

- 7 c. dried torn bread crumbs
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. dried mustard
- Bacon
Campfire Cheesy Potato Wedges

In bowl toss first 5 ingredients
- 6 baking potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 yellow onions cut into wedges
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T Tuscan seasoning blend
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Hawaiian Coconut-Pineapple Dip

In blender or food processor combine cheese, coconut, cream of coconut and vanilla
- 1 pkg. Neufchatel cheese
- 1/4 c shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 T cream of coconut
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
Savory Swiss Cheesecake

Combine cracker crumbs and butter
- 1 c finely crushed thin wheat crackers
- 3 T melted butter
- 12 oz. cream cheese (reduced-fat can be used)
- 2 8 oz. cartons plain yogurt (can be reduced fat)
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. crushed rosemary
- 2 c/ 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (can be reduced fat)
- Assorted cracker
Cheesy Chicken Mexican Doritos Casserole!

Recipe from Jam Hands
- 3 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 2 c. shredded cheese (or more if you are a cheese hound)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 can Ro-tel tomatoes (canned tomatoes with jalepenos-mild)
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning (or more- to taste)
- Bag of doritos
- Fell free to top it off with lettuce ,tomatoes and onions
Gooey Chocolate-Caramel Fantasy

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/3 c. butter (melted)
- 30 caramels
- 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 2 c. chopped pecans (toasted)
- 3/4 c. semisweet chocolate pieces
Fab Fruit Pizza

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 container of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 2 cups peeled, chopped, or thinly sliced fruit
- (grapes, mango, banana, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
- 2 T honey
Freekeh Tabbouleh

In a small saucepan, combine freekeh, water, and ¼ teaspoon salt; bring to a boil over high heat
- 3/4 cup uncooked freekeh
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt, divided
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 medium English cucumber, diced
- 1/2 medium red onion, minced
- 1/3 cup minced mint leaves
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges
Three Bean Salad

Mix all together and chill in refrigerator
- 1 can green beans (drained)
- 1 can yellow beans (drained)
- 1 can red kidney beans (drained)
- 1/2 c minced onion
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
