Red & White Brushetta

Combine all ingredients. Store in refrigerator
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c watermelon
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 c grape tomatoes
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 blueberries
- 1 1T 1T minced garlic
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 T white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c feta cheese
- French bread
Hash Brown Casserole

Mix all ingredients together
- 32 oz. frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Creamy Broccoli Soup

Cook and stir onions in butter until tender crisp
- 1/4 c chopped onions
- 1 T butter
- 1 T flour
- 2 c milk
- 4 oz. cream cheese (cubed)
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli (cooked & drained)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Beer Cheese Dip

Mix all ingredients together
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 8 oz. shredded cheese
- 1 package Ranch seasoning
- 1/2 can beer
Crabmeat Dip

Dice crabmeat finely. Stir all ingredients together using only 2/3 of the cheese
- 1 lb. imitation crab meat
- 2 8oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 package shredded cheese
- 1 small onion
- garlic to taste
- Diced black olives (optional)
Seasoned Crackers

Mix the first four ingredients together in a large Ziploc bag
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 /2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 package of oyster crackers
Pineapple Coffee Cake

Drain pineapple reserving 2/3 c juice
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c walnuts (chopped)
- 3 T butter (diced)
- 2 c baking mix (Bisquick)
- 2 T sugar
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
Brown Butter & Dill Brussels Sprouts

Bring 1 inch water to boil in large saucepan
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts (trimmed and quartered)
- 1 T butter
- 1 T olive oil
- 3 T toasted slivered almonds
- 1 T white-wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Nutty Broccoli Slaw

In bowl whisk together olive oil, mustard, vinegar dill and chopped shallots
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T chopped fresh dill
- 1 shallot, peeled and chopped
- 1 package broccoli slaw
- 1/4 lb. deli ham sliced in strips
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced into strips
- 1/2 c. toasted walnut halves
- 1 scallion sliced
Company Cheesecake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crackers, 2 T sugar and melted butter
- 1 1/4 c. graham crackers
- 2 T sugar
- 3 T melted butter
- 1 9 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
