Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 T parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- 1 10 oz. grape jelly

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef, bread, onion, milk, egg, and remaining ingredients. Shape into balls and brown in oil. Remove and pour off fat. Heat 1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce and 1 jar of grape jelly in skillet until jelly is melted. Add meat balls stir until coated.
Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
